摘  要:目的探讨重症脑功能损伤客观、可靠、准确的评价方法。方法采用脑电图(EEG)、经颅多普勒超声(TCD)、体感诱发电位(SEP)三种实验室检测方法,对72例重症脑功能损伤患者进行观察。结果72例中TCD52例具有脑死亡频谱改变特征;EEG 42例为电静息,评分为V级;33例SEP检测28例P14以上皮层电位消失。结论EEG、TCD、SEP联合检测不但为临床脑死亡的判定提供了可靠指标,也为临床抢救复苏提供了理论依据。Objective To investigate the methods of objectively and reliably and accurately evaluating for brain function in patients with severe brain damage.Methods In 72 cases with severe brain damage were assessed and by using Electroencephalogram(EEG),somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) and transcranial Doppler sonography(TCD) three laboratory tests methods.Results Fifty-two of 72 patients TCD had characteristics of frequency spectrum changing of brain death;42 of them EEG was in electrical silence and was evaluated as grade Ⅴ;Thirty-three of 72 patients for SEP and 28 cases after N14 disappeared.Conclusion Combined EEG-SEP-TCD monitoring is not only for the clinical evaluation of brain death provides an objective and reliable and accurate indicators,as well as the recovery of resuscitation provide a theoretical basis.
