痔瘘病的中医治疗思路与经验

摘　　要：介绍临床常见病、多发病——痔病、肛瘘的治疗原则和经验。总体治疗原则包括整体辨证、内外并治、综合治疗。痔病的治疗重在减轻和消除其主要症状,应首选非手术疗法;肛瘘疾病应彻底治疗并以保护肛门功能为主旨,综合运用术式选择、术后换药技巧、中药口服等措施。This paper introduced the therapeutic principle and experience in treatment of the common and frequent disease-hemorrhoids and anal fistula. The general principle includes integral syndrome differentiation, treatment both inemal and external, as well as comprehensive treatment. The emphasis of treating hemorrhoids should be laid on alleviating and eliminateing the main symptoms, and the non-operative treatment should be the first choice. The anal fistula should be treated thoroughly and the keynote is protecting function of anus. The therapeutic measures including operation choice, skills of dressing chang after operation and oral administration of Chinese herbs should be applied comprehensively.
