摘 要:目的:分析补中益气汤类方用药规律。方法:根据预设的中心方剂和相似条件,通过查找《中医方剂大辞典》,共得补中益气汤类方元181首,包含药物93味。对这93味药物的中药核心系数和药物的性、味、归经进行统计。结果:温热药性总积分为2.182,寒凉药性总积分为0.856;药味方面以辛味药积分最高,为14.942;药物归经中,脾经积分最高,为7.105。结论:补中益气汤类方中药物多为辛、甘、温,入脾经为主;整个类方以温补升发脾气为作用特点。Objective: To study the drug-using regularity in analogous presciption of "Buzhong Yiqi Decoction". Methods: According to the key prescription and decision conditions of similarity, 181 analogous presciptions of "Buzhong Yiqi Decoction" were screened out of Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine, involving 93 herbs. All the herbs's core coefficients, properties, tastes and the meridian entries were analyzed respectively. Results: The total score of herbs with warm or heat properties is 2.182, and the score of the cool or cold herbs is 0.856; in the analysis of taste, the score of pungent herbs is 14.942, the highest one of all; the score of spleen meridian is the highest among the meridian entry, which is 7.105. Conclusion: With pungent or sweet taste, heat property and spleen meridian entry., the whole category, of analogous presciptions of "Buzhong Yiqi Decoction" is characterized by wartning-enriching and uplifting spleen-qi.
