复黄片防治痔疮的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:对复黄片进行治疗实验性痔疮、凝血止血及抗菌等方面的药效学研究。方法:通过断尾出血法和试管法观察复黄片小鼠断尾出血时间、家兔凝血时间(CT)和凝血酶原时间(PT)的影响;应用大鼠冰醋酸肛周溃疡及角叉菜胶肛周肿胀模型考察复黄片对实验性痔疮治疗作用;采用肉汤法评价复黄片体外抗菌作用。结果:复黄片给药1周能明显缩短出血时间、CT和PT;能明显减轻大鼠肛门局部溃疡程度及肛周组织肿胀;在体外一定浓度下对8种实验菌株均有不同程度的抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌MIC可达到0.59 mg/ml。结论:复黄片具有显著的凝血止血及抗菌作用,并对实验性痔疮有较好的治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the pharmacological effects of ＂Fuhuang Tablet＂ on experimental hemorrhoids, hemostasis and antibacteria. Methods： By means of severing tail and test-tube method, the effects of ＂Fuhuang Tablet＂ on bleeding time in mice,coagulation time （CT） and prothrombin time （PT） in rabbits were tested respectively. The models of anal ulcer due to acetic acid and perianal swelling caused by carrageenan in rats were established to observe the drug＇s effects on experimental hemorrhoids. Besides, the broth-double dilution method was adopted to evaluate the drug＇s antibacterial activity in vitro. Results： After one week of administration,＂Fuhuang Tablet＂ significantly shortened bleeding time, CT and PT, and alleviated anal ulcer and perianal swelling. With a certain concentration, the drug had inhibitory effect on all the eight strains of bacteria at different degree in vitro, and its minimal inhibitory concentration （MIC） against Staphylococcus aureus was 0.59 mg/ml. Conclusion： ＂Fuhuang Tablet ＂, with remarkable hemostatic, coagnlative and antibacterial functions, has good therapeutic effects on experimental hemorrhoid.
