摘　　要：外商直接投资对一个国家或地区的产业结构优化有着重要的影响作用,它直接关系到产业结构优化的程度。以安徽省为例,分析安徽引进外商直接投资的现状特点,论述外商直接投资对安徽产业结构的影响作用,提出利用外资促进安徽省产业结构优化升级的对策建议。The foreign direct investment has an important influence to a country or area industrial structure optimization, it directly relates to the degree which the industrial structure optimization. This paper takes Anhui province for instance, analyses the actuality of FDI in Anhui, discusses the impact of FDI on Anhui province＇ s industrial structure. In the end it gives some suggestions about utilizing FDI to promote the upgrading of Anhui province＇ s industrial structure.
