摘　　要：市场经济作为发展生产力的一种有效手段,是人类社会创造的共同财富。通过论述吸收借鉴资产阶级经济理论中的科学成分、现代资本主义国家所实行的经济政策和经济立法中的有益成分、世界各国在建立和完善市场经济体制过程中积累起来的一切有价值的好经验、好做法,提出了在吸收借鉴过程中必须坚持的正确原则。As an effective means of developing the productive forces, market economy is the common wealth created by mankind. In this article, discussions are per- formed on learning and absorbing of the scientific constituents in bourgeois economic theory, the positive constituents in the economic policy and economic legislation implemented in capitalist countries and all the worthwhile legislative experiences and practices accumulated in establishing and improving market economic systems worldwide. Accordingly, correct principles to be adhered to are put forward in the process of learning and meriting from others.
