摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济条件下实行以德治官,有利于社会主义现代化建设和国家的繁荣稳定,对推进全社会的思想道德建设具有重大作用。在增强权力运行主体的个人道德人格力量的同时,消除腐败的思想动因。从巩固党的执政地位,加强党的执政能力出发,必须着力抓好官员的思想道德建设,做到"为政以德"。文章拟从以加强党风建设为基础、以有中国特色的社会主义行政伦理为支撑、以官员的道义责任体系建设为突破口三个方面探讨官德建设的途径。Implements under the socialist market economy condition by the virtuous rule official, is advantageous in the socialist modernization and national prosperous, to advances the entire social the thought moral reconstruction to have the important function. During enhancement authority movement main body＇ s individual moral personality strength＇ s, eliminates the corrupt thought agent. From the consolidated party＇ s ruling status, strengthens party＇ s ruling ability to embark, must try. to pay special attention to official＇ s thought moral reconstruction, achieves ＂for the politics by Germany＂. This article plans from take to strengthen the party spirit construction as the foundation, take to have the Chinese characteristic socialism administration ethics as the support, to discuss the way which take official＇ s morality and justice responsibility system construction as the breach three aspects official Germany constructs.
