摘　　要：简叙了小城镇住宅区设计的重要性,总结了当前小城镇住宅建设中存在的问题.通过分析影响小城镇住宅区规划设计的因素,利用层次分析法,构造了小城镇住宅区设计的评价体系,在求出基本评价指标相对重要性权重后,利用已经开发的程序,在计算机上得到量化的评价结果,可促进小城镇住宅区设计的进一步完善.The article narrates the significance of residential district design in the small towns. It sums up a lot of problems that exist in current small town construction of housing. By means of analyzing the factor affecting the planning of residential district in the small town, making use of Analytic Hierarchy process, the appraisal system of the planning of residential district in the small town is made. It gets the weight of some basic appreciable index, to make use of already development procedure, we will get the quantization appreciable result through the computer. This can make the small town planning of residential district becoming perfect.
