摘 要:基于大量检测工作辊外形尺寸和工艺参数的基础上,对2250热轧带钢平整机的工作辊的特点和磨损原因进行了分析,采用遗传算法建立了工作辊磨损预报模型。现场实测数据表明,该模型预报精度较高,对于进行工作辊磨损影响因素分析及改善不均匀磨损具有重要的理论和应用价值,可用于指导生产实践。Work roll characteristic and wear cause were analyzed on the basis of large amount of measured work roll contour patterns and processing parameters. The wear prediction model of work roll has been developed for the 2250mm hot strip temper mill by using genetic algorithm. The calculated results showed that, the wear model are in good agreement with the measured ones and can be applied to guide production practice. Based on this wear model, the impact factors of wear have been analyzed and improvement method of inhomogeneous wear has been put forward.
