摘 要:针对立式吊具外钳口与钢卷表面接触状态不佳,造成钢卷表面损伤的问题,提出外钳口曲线曲率随距钳口中心距离连续变化的设计思想,据此导出变曲率的外钳口曲线方程。通过有限元数值模拟分析,得到钳口与钢卷间接触区长度和钢卷表面应力分布。分析结果表明,修正后钳口曲线能有效改善吊具与钢卷间接触条件,减小钢卷表面应力集中,抑制钢卷表面损伤。这种变曲率的钳口曲线设计思想也为此类夹具钳口设计提供了理论依据。The surface of vertical coil was damaged because the contact condition between tong and coil is bad. This paper proposes a new method that the curvature of the outside shoe varies continuous. Base on this idea, the equation of new curve has been derived. Moreover, the finite element method has been used to compare the effect of the new curve. It reveals that the contact condition between coil and tong is improved effectively, the stress coneentration is remarkably reduced, and the coil damage will be depressed efficiently. Finally, this idea that the curvature of the shoe curve varies continuous provides theoretical basis for the design of these coil tong shoes.
