摘 要:目的:探讨社区围绝经期(PMS)妇女的护理健康教育模式,提高社区围绝经期妇女的健康教育质量。方法:采用随机、对照原则将社区的100例PMS妇女分两组。对照组进行传统的PMS防治知识宣传教育,实验组按照护理程序对PMS妇女实施健康教育,两组均定期跟踪观察3个月以上,并进行教育效果相关统计分析。结果:实验组经系统的健康教育后,PMS知识3次测试的成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01);焦虑、抑郁因素有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:把护理程序运用于PMS妇女的健康教育中,建立系统的健康教育模式,对提高PMS教育质量有明显作用。Objective:To discuss the model of nursing health education for community pefimenopause(PMS) women and to improve PMS education quality.Methods:100 perimenopause women were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.In control group,traditional PMS prevention and treatment education was given.In experimental group,the health education for PMS women was given under the nursing process.Two groups were followed and watched periodically over 3 months and relevant statistics and analysis on the impact of such education were also carried out.Results:After systematic health education,the experimental group performed much better in their tests than these in control group(P<0.01).Anxiety and depression factors were evidently reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PMS education quality will be improved once a systematic health education model is established through the joining of nursing process into the health education for PMS women.
