摘  要:目的:观察海洋溶菌酶膜剂(商品名:海妇洁膜)治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效。方法:将收治的细菌性阴道病患者,经微生物学检查未合并其他阴道炎者300例,随机分为两组,研究组150例,用海妇洁膜治疗,对照组150例,用甲硝唑泡藤片治疗。观察并比较两组治疗结束后3天的有效率和不良反应,于下次月经干净后复查各组的复发率。结果:研究组有效率为96%,对照组为78%,复查复发率:研究组为8.03%,对照组20.93%,两组比较,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。另外,研究组未出现不良反应,对照组有36例(24.00%)患者在用药期间有阴道烧灼感,41例(27.33%)患者反映阴道分泌物多。结论:海妇洁膜治疗细菌性阴道病疗效肯定,复发率低,安全性高。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of marine lysozyme film in treatment of bacterial vaginitis. Methods: 300 patients without any other kind of vaginitis were randomly and evenly assigned to receive marine lysozyme film either every other day intotal of 7 times or metronidaxole vaginaal effervescent tablets ( 150 in treatment group and 150 in metronidaxole group) . Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were assessed 3 days after the treatment, and recurrence was checked after the next menstruation. Results: There was tatistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ) between the treatment group and metronidaxole group in both clinical efficacy and recurrence of the disease. The efficacy rate for clinical symptoms were 96 % and 78% respectively. The recurrence were 8.03 % and 20. 93 % respectively. Moreover, there was no adverse reaction in patients treated with marine lysozyme , while affected parts of 24% patients of the metronidaxole group (36 cases) were cauterized and secretion of 27. 33% patients (41 cases ) were increased. Conclusion: Treatment with marine lysozyme film for patients with bacterial vaginitis is well tolerated with demonstated efficacy and safety profile.
