摘 要:针对板料划线、切割的特殊要求,对划线方法及切割过程进行了研究,采用机电一体化系统设计思想,对其整体造型、机械结构和控制系统进行了设计,提高了划线机的划线、切割能力及切割质量。控制系统的核心采用PLC,根据运动控制要求实现了三台步进电动机驱动器输出逻辑控制和回转工作台的无级调速,提高了划线机三坐标轴控制精度,增强了划线机的适应性。Because of the sheet cutting special requirement, the research about the scriber method and the cutting process was conducted. The mechanical structure and the control system were designed,the sheet's cutting quality was guaranteed,and scribing machine cutting ability was enhanced. According to the movement control request, the core control sys- tem using PLC had realized three stepping motor logic control and the rotary table stepless speed regulation,increased three coordinate axis control precision and strengthened scriber's compatibility.
