摘　　要：工程总承包和工程项目管理是国际通行的工程建设项目组织实施方式。相对于我国建筑业企业开展工程总承包和项目管理来讲，水电勘测咨询业企业在推行工程总承包和工程项目管理还存在很多问题和挑战。加快培育和发展一批具有国际影响力的水电建设工程总承包企业和项目管理公司，对我国水电建设事业发展至关重要。Engineering general contract and project management is an international practice way of organizing and implementing engineering construction. Compared with the experience of construction industry enterprises, hydropower investigation design and consultation enterprises still have many problems and challenges in carrying out engineering general contract and project management. Accelerated Cultivating and developing a batch of hydropower engineering general contract enterprises and project management companies have international influence is vital important to the development of national hydropower construction cause.
