摘  要:目的研究肝素结合性表皮生长因子(HB-EGF)在早孕人工流产(正常早孕)及早孕自然流产(早期流产)绒毛组织中的表达是否存在差异,并进一步探讨HB-EGF在早期流产病因学中的作用。方法采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素-过氧化物酶(SP)连接法检测正常早孕妇女及早期流产患者绒毛组织中HB-EGF的表达。结果正常早孕组与自然流产组绒毛组织内均有HB-EGF表达,各组HB-EGF均表达于绒毛组织滋养细胞细胞膜和细胞浆内。灰度测定与对照组比较,自然流产组绒毛组织内HB-EGF表达明显减弱(t=2.48,P=0.02)。结论绒毛组织产生的HB-EGF在正常早孕及自然流产患者绒毛的表达有明显差异,自然流产绒毛组织内HB-EGF表达水平显著低于正常早孕,HB-EGF在自然流产的发病及病理生理过程中有重要的作用,绒毛组织滋养细胞内HB-EGF的减少有可能是发生自然流产的原因之一。Objective To analyze the different expression of heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) in chorionic villi of the induced abortion (normal pregnancy) and spontaneous abortion early pregnancy (early abortion),and to further discuss the role of HB-EGF in the early abortion. Methods /mmunohistochemistry streptavidin-biofin-peroxidase (SP) to detect HB-EGF ex- pression of villus tissue between normal pregnancy and early abortion with women. Results Both of normal pregnancy group and spontaneous abortion group have HB-EGF expression in chronic villi, IIB-EGF express in villous trophoblastic cell membrane and the cytoplasm. Gray determination compared with the control group, HB-EGF expression of villus tissue in spontaneous abortion group was significantly decreased ( t = 2.48, P = 0.02). Conclusion There is a significant difference in HB-EGF expression in chronic villi between the normal pregnancy group and spontaneous abortion group. The expression level of HB-EGF in spontaneous abortion villus tissue was significantly lower than early pregnancy. The expressions of HB-EGF play an important role in spontaneous abortion. The reduction of HB-EGF in villous trophoblast cells organizations may be the one of the masons of spontaneous abortion.
