摘　　要：基于诊断和专家系统的理论与方法,并结合专家系统结构、专家知识库构建和推理机推理规则,对设备故障诊断专家系统进行分析设计,构建了一种能够利用计算机进行设备故障自动诊断的系统,详细论述了该系统的硬件组成、软件组成以及工作原理,以满足复杂系统设备故障自动诊断需要。此技术已经成功应用于复杂系统设备故障诊断的实际工程实例中.大大简化系统维护工作,因此在设备维护智能化方面具有良好的应用前景。Based on diagnosis and expert system and combined with the structure of expert system, expert database and the inference rule of inference machine, the equipment fault diagnosis expert system is analyzed and designed. In order to meet the need of automatic fault diagnosis for complex system, a system that can usecomputer for automatic fault diagnosis is designed. The hardware, software and operation principle of this system are particularly described. This technology has been applied to practical engineering successfully and has good application and development prospects in equipment intelligent maintenance.
