高校校园网安全事故与灾难应急预案的研究

摘　　要：随着高校校园网的持续快速发展,高校对校园网的依赖性与日俱增,对网络安全的要求越来越高。然而校园网面临的安全威胁也在急剧增多,网络安全事故和灾难随时可能发生,造成网络瘫痪、数据丢失,损失是无法估量的。为了防患于未然,本文对高校校园网安全事故与灾难防御应急预案及实施办法进行研究,提出建议,供高校主管领导和网管人员参考。With the lasting and rapid development of university campus network, its functions increase continuously. The dependence on it strengthens day by day; the threats toward its security increase rapidly and the need of network security is more and more important. Once there happened inevitable calamity that caused network paralysis and data lost, the damage would be immeasurable. In order to take precautions against the calamity, this paper makes a study on defense measures and the program of emergency recovery of university campus network calamity. Meanwhile, this paper makes out some suggestions to serve for the references of university leaders and network managers.
