摘  要:用羟基铝交联剂对膨润土进行改性,制备了铝交联膨润土,用于处理含偶氮染料(如甲基橙)的废水,并通过改变pH值、温度、处理时间、用量等因素研究了铝交联膨润土对偶氮染料的吸附特性和处理效果。研究表明,改性后的膨润土吸附能力显著增强,对甲基橙有较好的吸附脱色性能,当其它条件一定时,铝交联膨润土用量为120g·L^-1,温度为20℃,废水pH值为8,处理时间为10~15min,甲基橙的脱色率可达95%以上,处理效果较好。由于其储量大、价格低,是一类很有发展前景的优质廉价吸附剂。Improve ment of the bentonite with hydroxyl aluminum cross-linked agent to produce aluminum cross-linked bentonite was studied in this paper. Put it forward to deal with the waste water containing azo dyes, such as methyl orange, we study the adsorptive characteristics and the affections of the new product by changing certain factors, for example, the pH value, the temperature, and the time, and so on. The results showed that the adsorption ability for methyl orange was greatly improved. If other factors were fixed, the decolouring rate could rise to 95% under pH value 8 at 20℃ for about 10-15 minutes, while the concentration of aluminum cross-linked bentonite was just 120 g · L ^-1. Because of its high reserve and low price, it will be considered as a kind of new adsorbent under good development.
