摘　　要：目的:讨探药物涂层支架对冠状动脉多支病变的疗效。方法:对350例冠心病患者的临床资料回顾性分析,其中冠脉多支病变220例,行DES置入术148例,行CABG术72例,观察两组的疗效、并发症,并临床随访24个月。结果:随访327例患者(93.42),围手术期手术成功率均较高,两组间无差异。心力衰竭发生率CABG组高于DES组(P<0.05),死亡发生率CABG组高于DES组,但无统计学差异。24个月随访结果,再发心绞痛DES组高于CABG组(P<0.05),靶血管重建,DES组高于CABG组(P<0.05)。病死率两组之间无统计学差异。结论:对于多支冠状动脉病变患者,CABG70/72(97.22)及DES143/148(96.62)组手术成功率均较高,远期效果也较好,围手术期心力衰竭发生率较低,再发心绞痛及需血运重建者DES5/148(3.38)组高于CABG0/72(0)组。Objective：To explore the clinical effects of drug eluting stents on mutti-branch lesions of coronary ar- tery. Methods： Clinical data of 350 cases of coronary diseases were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 220 ca ses suffered from multi branch lesions of coronary artery including 148 cases with drug eluting stents （DES） implantation and 72 cases with coronary artery bypass grafting （CAPG）. Therapeutic effects and complications were ob served and followed up for 24 months. Results： The successful rate during perioperative period was high with no significant difference between two groups. The incidence of heart failure was significantly higher in CABG group than that in DES group （P〈0. 05）. The mortality was higher in CABG group than that in DES group but with no significant difference. Recurrent angina pectoris and target vessel rebuilding were higher in DES group than those in CABG group 24 months later （P〈0. 05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in death rate. Conclusion： The successful rates of the operations in CABG group 70/72 （97. 22） and DES group 143/148 （96. 62） were high in patients with multi-branch lesions of coronary artery. The incidence of heart failure was rather low during perioperative period. Recurrent angina pectoris and target vessel rebuilding were higher in DES group 5/148 （3. 38%） than those in CABG group 0/72 （0%） .
