摘 要:初步研究了煤与生物质共热解时的协同作用.热解实验研究了大雁煤、木屑和两者混合物三个样品的热解特性,木屑与大雁煤热解特性相比,热解产物产率随温度变化特性形似,但热解的起始温度和热解温度区间有一定差别.两者混合物共热解时出现了协同作用,结果是半焦产率降低,焦油和气产率增加,热解气组成中H2和CH4降低,CO和CO2增加.The experiment results on the synergetic effects during co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass was given in this paper. The pyrolysis characteristics of three different samples Dayan lignite, sawdust and the mixture of two samples were studied. Comparing the pyrolysis characters of sawdust and DY coal, both the products yield change curves with the temperature increasing are the same, but two samples had difference in pyrolysis start and active temperature. The synergetic effect was found during coal and biomass co prolysis. The effect results was that the yield of char decreased, the tar and gas products increased, and H2 and CH4 concentration de creased but CO and CO2 concentration increased in gas composition.
