摘  要:针对贵州某地含铁泥化氧化锌矿的特点,采用硫化-胺法浮选工艺进行了试验研究。结果表明,在不脱泥的情况下,磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占84%,矿浆pH=10.5左右,分散剂六偏磷酸钠用量为300 g/t,抑制剂水玻璃和淀粉的总用量为700 g/t,硫化剂硫化钠用量为7 kg/t,捕收剂十八胺的用量为150 g/t时,在锌给矿品位为6.54%条件下采用一粗三精两扫工艺,可获得锌品位36.58%,回收率为82.27%的锌精矿,有效实现了氧化锌的浮选。The mineral properties of an iron-bearing sliming zinc oxide ore in Guizhou is investigated, and a technique of sulphidizing-amination flotation was introduced. The results show that, without a pre-desliming, effective flotation of zinc oxide can nevertheless be achieved at a grinding fineness of 84% - O. 074 mm, with the pulp pH value of 10.5, with sodium hexametahphosphate (300 g/t) as dispersant, water glass and starch (700 g/t in total) as depressants, sodium sulfide (7 kg/t) as sulphidizing reagent, and octadecylamine( 150 g/t) as collector. For the raw ore with a zinc grade of 6.54%, when a flowsheet containing one roughing, two scavenging and three cleaning processes was adopted, a concentrate with a zinc grade of 36.58% and a recovery of 82.27% was prepared.
