摘　　要：文章从矿床地质特征、矿体特征及成矿岩系和热水建造等方面进行研究,并对矿床成因进行分析,认为驼路沟钴矿床是典型的海底热水喷气沉积改造成因的钴矿床。It has studied the deposit from the aspects of geological characteristics, orebodies＇ features, metallogenic rocks series and so on in this paper, and analyzed the genesis of this deposit. It has believed that the Tuolugou Co deposit is formed by typical submarine hydrothermal exhalative-sedimentary alteration.
