摘　　要：从分布式计算环境中起源和发展起来的面向服务的软件体系结构(SOA)历经10余年,其研究逐渐趋热并走向广泛和深入。本文在以往研究的基础上,探讨中小型企业IT系统如何引入SOA的思想设计并实现。在信息化浪潮中,中小型企业的发展也需要IT基础支持。文章通过对中小型企业的研究与分析,提出一种符合中小型企业业务特点的,面向服务的分析与设计方法SOMAL。最后,给出一个基于SOA实现网上手机商城的例子。通过实践来验证SOA作为新型的体系结构是符合现实需求的,其研究也是具有积极意义的。Service oriented architecture （SOA） which originated and developed from the distributed computing environment has existed for several years. Researches into SOA are very hot now and will be deeper and more complicated in the future. Based on existing research into SOA, the paper discusses and expounds how to design and realize SMEs-level IT system in using SOA. In the process of informatization, the development of SMEs needs the support of IT foundational environment. Focusing on this, and through the study and analysis of SMEs＇ characteristics, the paper creates a new method SOMAL which suits SMEs＇ business and uses of SOAD. SOMAL method focused on three aspects, including Business Function and Domain ,Business Process and Business Goal. The design and realization of SOMAL method are divided into three phases：service discovery ,service specification and service realization respectively. At last, the paper gives an example of selling cell phone on-line and uses the technologies such as Struts,EJB,Web Service and so on. It is verified that SOA as a burgeoning software architecture is in need, indeed. Its related studies are also of great significance.
