年产5万t超细重钙生产线的设计实践

摘　　要：本文介绍了四川石棉巨丰粉体有限公司年产5万t超细重钙干法生产线的设备选型、研磨设备的改进及其系统生产工艺的优化。生产实践表明:有效减少了系统过研磨、提高了研磨效率和分级效率。This paper introduce selected equipment about the product line which yielding 50,000 tons of superfine ground calcium carbonate each year by dry-method at Sichuan Shimian Jufeng Powder Limited Company. Ball milling Pulverizer is amelio- rated and producing technics of system are optimized in this product line. Results showed the excessive milling is reduced, the efficiency of milling and classifying are obviously improved.
