摘  要:复杂轮廓零件的等高分割制造法及其模块化技术是对数控加工、CAD/CAM技术的集成和创新,可以充分发挥数控切削设备的潜能,解决复杂轮廓零件的切削加工难题,是提高具有复杂轮廓模样的制造精度与效率的有效途径。本文论述了等高分割制造法的基本原理、复杂轮廓工件的分割与组合方法和模块化技术的应用,分析了作为该方法重要组成部分的模块化夹具的特征与应用。The contour-line division manufacturing method for parts with complex-contours and its modularization are innovation and integration of NC machining and CAD/CAM technology. It is an efficient way to solve the complex-contour model's cutting problem and to improve the manufacturing precision and efficiency by making full use of potentialities of NC cutting equipments. In this paper, the basic principle of contour-hne division manufacturing method, the division and assembly methods of parts with complex-contours, and applications of modularization technology are discussed, and features and applications of the modular clamping fixture that is an important constituent of this manufacturing method are analyzed.
