摘　　要：详细分析了零电压全桥移相DC/DC变换器的工作模态。在该拓扑结构基础上,研制了一台功率为3 kW,开关频率为40 kHz的样机,同时列出了实验波形以及效率曲线。该样机成功应用于某型电传动车辆,进一步验证了该系统的高效性和可靠性。The mode of a ZVS full-bridge phase-shift DC-DC converter is detailed.A 3kW prototype converter operating at 40 kHz based on the presented topology is built up,along with a list of the experimental wave and the efficiency curve. The prototype successfully applies in a certain type of electric drive vehicles, and the system efficiency and reliability are further verified.
