摘　　要：经济发展方式生态化是对传统经济发展方式的批判和超越,其核心是节约资源和保护环境。要解决经济发展中的环境问题,就必须从有关制度安排和决策程序着手,而战略环境影响评价在其中扮演了重要角色,在社会可持续发展综合决策中具有不可替代的核心作用。文章针对我国战略环评制度存在的问题,提出了相应建议。The ecology of economic development mode is the criticism and transcendence of the traditional economic development mode, with resources saving and environmental protection as its core. To solve the environmental problems in the economic development, we should start with the related system arrangements and decision-making procedures. And the strategic environmental assessment is playing an important role in it and also playing an irreplaceable core role in the comprehensive decisions of the sustainable development. To put forward some suggestions according to the problems in the system of strategic environmental assessment in China will have a great impact on the implementation of the ecology of economic development mode and the construction of the ecological civilization.
