摘　　要：文章从自然资源产权的初始界定出发,考察我国改革开放以来自然资源产权制度改革的两个阶段,在此基础上指出我国自然资源改革的成效以及现行自然资源产权制度存在的主要问题。This paper starting with the initial definition of the natural resource property, reviews the two reformation stages of natural resource property right system. And basing on it, this paper summarizes the achievement of our reformation and points out the principal problems lying in our present natural resource property right system.
