摘  要:选择5个耐盐品种劳博、WL323、苜蓿王、游客、创新进行耐盐筛选试验,通过对不同盐浓度下植株萌芽率、株高、植株鲜质量、植株干质量生长指标的测定和综合加权分析得出:劳博在0.8%盐浓度胁迫下抗盐性最强,表现出萌芽率高、植株生长快、干物质积累多等特点;其次是WL323和苜蓿王,耐盐性中等;游客和创新苜蓿耐盐性相对较差。劳博在1.0%盐浓度胁迫下抗盐性仍然最强;其次是创新,耐盐性中等;WL323、苜蓿王和游客苜蓿耐盐性相对较差。In order to screen the salt tolerance of alfalfa varieties, growth character of 5 salt-tolerant varieties Laobo, WL323, Muxuwang, Youke and Chuangxin were researched in 1/2 MS medium with different salt. The results by measuring and comprehensively analyzing the indexes of germination rate, plant height, fresh quality and dry quality showed that salt resistanee of Laobo was the strongest in the salinity of 0.8%, it behaved the high germination rate, quiek growth, more dry matter content and so on. The follow was WL323 and Muxuwang. The salt resistance capacity of Youke and Chuangxin were worse. In the salinity of 1.0%, the salt resistance of Laobo was the strongest still. Follow was Chuangxin, which accumulated more dry matter. And the worse were WL323, Muxuwang and Youke.
