摘  要:为实现精毛纺织品全程的虚拟加工,通过对各主要工序特点和加工参数的分析,提出了模型建立的参数和思路.利用企业实际生产加工数据建立的粗纱、细纱、织造和后整理预报模型,除经向缩水率和经纬向汽蒸收缩率3项指标的平均预报精度较低外,其余工序各指标均高于80%,使虚拟加工技术的实现成为可能.虚拟加工实例的结果表明,利用虚拟加工技术可以提高纺织企业管理、决策、生产成本核算以及工艺优化的效率和科学性.In order to realize the whole virtual manufacturing for the worsted textiles, the idea and corresponding variables are put forward to being used to establish the prediction models after the main characteristics and processing parameters of every key process are analyzed. In the models consisted of roving, spinning, weaving and finishing, which are trained using the practical data from the mills, except for shrinkage in length, steam shrinkage in length and width, the mean prediction accuracy of the others exceeds 80%. Then the virtual manufacturing can be realized in practice. The results of the virtual manufacturing state that it is possible for textile enterprises to effectively improve the management and decision-making, reduce the cost and optimize processing variables.
