印度IT产业集群的特点及其社会资本效用探析

摘　　要：传统经济学视角下的产业集群研究重点主要集中于产业链的垂直分工与水平一体化问题,而一些非物质联系如社会网络、信任、规范等社会资本要素被忽视。通过对印度产业集群中社会资本的作用机制和实际效用进行分析,发现社会资本能有效降低交易费用,有助于建立集群内部的信任基础,促进产业集群知识扩散和功能创新等。From the perspective of traditional economics, the research on industry group mainly focuses on the vertical division of labour and horizontal integration of industry chain, and certain intangible contacts such as social network, trust, regulations and other social capital factors are neglected. By means of analyzing the effect mechanism and practical effects of social capital of industrial cluster, I find out that social capital effectively decreases the cost of transaction, and is instrumental to build a trust basis inside the group and improves the spreading of the concept of industry group and the innovation of functions.
