摘　　要：颅脑手术后头痛的研究一直局限在术后的伤口疼痛,未重视颅脑手术后还可能出现其他原因的头痛。发现和确定颅脑手术后头痛的原因,从而有针对性地治疗,是今后术后头痛研究的主要方向。作者通过探讨颅脑手术后颈源性头痛的发病机理,提出有效的治疗策略。Up to now, the researches of postoperative headache have been focused on the pain of the incision of scalp, however, other kinds of headache have not been thought highly of. To find and determine the reasons of postoperative headache and treat de pending on the pathogenesis of the pain are the main goal in the future. The authors investigated and reviewed the pathogenesis of eervieogenic headache after craniotomy and proposed the therapeutic strategy in this article.
