摘　　要：本文具体阐述了黑航局哈尔滨船厂承接俄罗斯860型客货轮的改建情况，及如何采用先进工艺、新技术、新材料、周密的生产组织等保质保交船期措施成功地完成改建任务，从而取得了俄罗斯航运业的赞誉，进一步打开了俄罗斯修船市场。该厂先后为俄罗斯改造了五条大型客船，为中国修造船业争得了荣誉。In the paper the reconstructing situations of a Russian 860 typr passenger-cargo ship in harbin Shipyard run by the shpping Adminstration Burear of Helilongjiang,as well as the advahnced technology,the new techniques,the new materials ,the well-conceived productive organization,etx.adopted to guaratee the quality and the delivery date of the reconstructde ship are concretely evpound.the reconstruction task had been satisfactorily completed as ship owner required..It earns a high praise of russian Shippikg industry and helps harbin Shipyard fruthr to develop his business in Russian ship-repair market.Harbin Shipyard had been successively reconstructed five large -sized passenger ships for russia and wins honour for the shipbuilding industry of China.
