摘  要:目的探讨学龄期斜视儿童认知能力的特征。方法对明确诊断为斜视的74名6~12岁学龄儿童和1:1配比的74名正常对照组儿童进行视觉空间记忆、视觉图形记忆、伦敦塔、威斯康星卡片分类(WCST)4项神经心理测试。结果1.斜视组儿童视觉空间记忆,相同和相反顺序正确记忆个数[(4.32±0.95)个、(3.58±0.99)个]和对照组[(4.62±0.87)个、(4.04±1.05)个]比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。2.斜视组视觉图形记忆正确记忆个数[(30.42±6.15)个]显著低于对照组[(33.91±4.91)个](P〈0.01)。3.斜视组儿童伦敦塔测试三个圆盘移动任务所需时间和移动次数较对照组明显增多(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。4.WCST卡片分类测试,斜视组错误应答数Re、非持续性应答nRpe、首次分类应答数R1st、概念化水平Cl差于对照组儿童且差异具有显著性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论斜视儿童在视觉短时记忆、视觉工作记忆、抽象概括能力、认知转移能力、感念化水平、等认知能力方面存在缺陷。Objective To probe the influence of strabismus to school age children' s cognitive function. Methods With 1:1 case control study,some cognitive tests include Visual-Spatial Memory,Visual-Picture Memory, Tower of London, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test were used to test school age children' s cognitive ability. 74 school age strabismus children and 74 matched normal children took part in the tests. Results The amount of syntropy memory and backward memory between strabismus group (4.32 ± 0.95 ), ( 3.58 ± 0.99) and control group (4.62 ± 0.87 ) , (4.04 ± 1.05 ) had significant difference (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). The amount of visual-picture memory of strabismus group( 30.42 ± 6.15 ) were less than that of control group ( 33.91 ± 4.91 ) (P 〈 0.01 ). Strabismus group spent more time in moving 3 discs than control group(P〈0.01 ) ,and the mistakes they made during moving discs were more than control group (P〈 0.05 ). strabismus group performed poorly in WCST, the scores of four index between the two groups had significant difference. Conclusion Strabismus children have deficit in some aspects of cognitive ability ,include visual short-term memory, visual working memory, abstract ability, cognitive conversion ability and conceptualization, etc.
