摘  要:生物破乳剂是应用于石油开采业中的新型破乳剂之一,本研究对筛选得到的一株破乳剂产生菌(鉴定为Alcaligenessp.)产生的脂肽类生物破乳剂进行了发酵培养基的优化,采用SAS软件的响应面回归方法对培养基中主要因素进行了研究,试验结果表明,在碳源石蜡为4.76%、氮源牛肉膏为0.12%、磷源K2HPO4/KH2PO4为0.53/0.8%时,破乳剂的产生量为最大,比优化前提高了近一倍。In the oil exploration industry, de-emulsification of emulsion plays an important role in increasing oil usage ratio and decreasing the erosion of treatment facilities. In this paper, one bacterial strain with the function of high de-emulsification ratio was successfully isolated from the contaminated oilfield soil through microbial incubation and selection methods, which was identified as Alcaligenes species. With the aid of SAS 8.0 software the main variables of the culture medium was analyzed by the means of response surface methodology. The stationary point was given with the optimal concentration as follows: carbon source 4.76%, nitrogen source 0.12%, phosphate 0.53/0.8% . As a result, the biomass was increased by 100 %.
