摘 要:为开发生物法生产6-羟基烟酸,利用快速筛选方法从多个地区的土壤中筛到了一株能高效羟化烟酸为6-羟基烟酸的菌株BK-1,可以用菌体催化得到高纯度的6-羟基烟酸。通过对菌株BK-1形态观察和16S rDNA同源性分析,构建了系统发育树,BK-1菌株与Pseudomonas plecoglos-sicida形成一个类群,且有99.7%的同源性,初步判定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)。In order to explore a biological process to produce 6-hydroxynicotinic acid, a strain, named BK-1, was rapidly isolated by a novel screening protocol from soil samples in various districts. BK-1 could transform nicotinic acid into 6- hydroxynicotinic acid efficiently and the products with high purity was obtained. By the observation on the morphology of strain BK-1 and the analysis of 16S rDNA sequence of strain BK-1, a phylogenetic tree was constructed, indicating that strain BK-1 and Pseudomonas plecoglosscoida fell into the same category with 16S rDNA sequences homogeneous of 99.7%. Then the strain BK-1 was identified as Pseudornonas sp.
