摘 要:哈尔滨某商场楼(屋)盖为无粘结预应力混凝土梁板结构,由于经营规模扩大,在原有三层的基础上增加一层,需对3层顶局部楼盖进行开洞改造以安装扶梯。给出了开洞的方法,介绍了待开洞口边缘后置板下支承梁的设计及施工方法,新增梁及开洞板相关梁的加固设计与施工方法,开洞时预应力筋的临时锚固措施与永久性锚固体系的建立方法。The structure of floors and roof of a market in Harbin is concrete beams and plates prestressed with unbonded tendons. Because of the expansion of economy scale,it is needed to apply one story on the original three storeys. To complete the task of opening on top of 3rd floor and install lifts and escalators. The method of opening-reconstruction on the local floor is given. Design and construction of post-building beam under plate, design and construction ways of reinforcing beams interrelated posted-building beam and opening slab,temporary anchor and permanent anchor of prestressing tendons in opening are presented. It may be served as reference for remodeling design of sealing and opening of floor prestressed with unbonded tendons.
