摘 要:以二苯胍为模板分子,用本体聚合法合成了对二苯胍具有良好识别能力的分子印迹固相萃取剂。将其制备成固相萃取微分离柱。系统考察了二苯胍与其结构类似物在该柱上的选择性分离富集特性以及柱始漏量、柱容量等分析参数。结果证明,该固相萃取柱具有很高的键合容量,在最优的淋洗和洗脱条件下对DPG具有很高的选择性。所合成的固相萃取柱使用40次后,仍然重复性良好。该法用于环境水样和底泥等环境样品中二苯胍的选择性分离富集,回收率达101%-105%,相对标准偏差为1.1%-4.7%。A molecularly imprinted solid phase extractant, particularly for the recognition of diphenyl-guanidine(DPG) was prepared using diphenylguanidine(DPG) as the template and bulk polymerization. The extractant was then loaded onto a micro-column. The characteristics of selective separation and preconcentration of DPG and its structural analogs on the column were examined and the analytical parameters including column breakthrough volume and column binding capacity were studied. Resuits indicated that the binding capacity of the solid-phase extraction(SPE) column was very high and that the column has very high selectivity for DPG under optimum rinsing and eluting conditions. The SPE column could be reused at least 40 times. The developed procedure has been applied in the determination of DPG in environmental water and solid samples with satisfactory results. The recoveries and RSDs were range of 101%-105% and 1.1%-4.7% , respectively.
