摘  要:牙轮钻头的破岩过程是通过其牙齿直接完成的,清楚牙齿的破岩过程对研究整个牙轮钻头的破岩机理有重要意义。本文基于大型非线性有限元分析软件LS-DYNA,对牙轮钻头牙齿破岩过程进行计算机仿真。通过对同一齿圈不同齿形牙齿破岩效果的比较,为合理选择每个齿圈上牙齿的齿形,提高牙轮钻头的破岩效率提供依据。通过对比不同齿形牙齿在相同条件下的应力,还可以对不同齿形在相同条件下的使用寿命作出评价。The rock-broking process of tri-cone rotary drill bit is directly completed by the tooth. Knowing the process is important to study the rock-broking mechanism of tri-cone rotary drill bit. Based on the large-scale nonlinear finite element analytic software LS-DYNA, the paper carried out the computer emulation of rock breaking process by the tooth of cone bit. Through comparing with the rock-breaking effects of the tooth with same a tooth row but different tooth form, the basis of reasonably selecting the tooth form of each tooth row and improving the rock breaking effect of cone bit is provided. And the evaluation of used life of tooth with different tooth form in a same condition can be made through comparing with the stress of tooth with different tooth form in a same condition.
