摘　　要：由于在深厚软土地基中,管桩容易出现偏位、倾斜等情况,结合某工程实例,详细阐述了形成管桩偏位、倾斜的原因,并提出加固处理方案,从处理效果看,采用的方案直接可靠,设备简单,节约工期,经济效益显著。Because the PC pile would be deviated and inclined usually when it is hammered in .soft earth. The cause of deviated and inclined pile is expounded in detail based on a practical engineering, and the strengthening treatment is proposed. From the processing result, the adopted plan which is dependable and direct, has simple facilities and is able to shorten the construction period, so its economic efficiency is outstanding.
