提高绵羊受胎率的研究——Ⅲ应用hCG提高绵羊受胎率的试验

摘　　要：选择临床健康的繁殖适龄母羊101只(海西50只,海南51只),在母羊发情、人工授精的同时肌肉注射 hCG500IU,其情期受胎率(88.00%,86.27%)和总受胎率(92.00%,92.15%)显著高于对照组(72.00%、70.00%和78.00%、76.00%)(P<0.05)。101 health sheeder producing ewes (50 in Haixi and 51 in Hainan)were injected with hCG 500 IU while estrus and artificial insemination.The non-return rate in Haixi and Hainan ewes were 88.00% and 86.27% resp and total conception rate were 92,00% and 92.15% resp.Its was higher significant the treated groups than the co- ntrol groups (non-return rate were 72.00% and 70.00% resp,total con- ception rate were 78.00% and 76.00% resp.)in the both rates (P< 0.05).
