青海半细毛羊血清芳基酯酶多态性及其与血清蛋白质指标间的联系

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电脉法对48只青海半细毛羊血清芳基酯酶的多态性及其与血清蛋白质指标的联系进行了研究。结果发现:①青海半细毛羊的血清芳基酯酶有 ESA 和 ESa两种表型,以 ESA 为优势表型(58.33%)②ES^A 和 ES^a 等位基因频率分别为0.3545和0.6455;③青海半细毛羊 ES 表型与各项血清蛋白质指标之间无显著性联系(P>0.05)。48 Q inghai semifine-wool sheep were used to investigate relationship between polymorphism of serum arylesterase and sertum pro- tein parameters by means of a polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis.The results were as follows:①There were both ESA and ESa phenotypes of serum arylesterase in Qinghai semifine-wool sheep and the ESA was superior phenotype(58.33%).②The frequencies of ES^A and ES^a alle- les were 0.3545 and 0.6455 resp.③There were no significant relations- hip between ES phenotypes and serum protein parameters in Qinghai semifine-wool sheep(P>0.05)
