摘  要:利用氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑离子液体对羊毛角蛋白的良好溶解能力,对羊毛进行蛋白酶预处理,研究了离子液体预处理对蛋白酶处理后羊毛染色性能的影响.结果显示,离子液体预处理对羊毛蛋白酶法处理后纤维的染色性能有明显促进作用,随着预处理时间的延长和预处理温度的提高,纤维上染速率和上染率都有较大改观,离子液体-蛋白酶处理后纤维在80℃染色时仍具有较高上染速率和上染率;预处理后织物的K/S值得到明显提升而皂洗牢度和摩擦牢度变化不大,但对处理后纱线强力造成了一定损伤.1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ionic liquid (IL) which has a good solubility for wool keratin is employed as a pretreatment method in wool protease processing. The effect of IL pretreatment on the dyeing behaviors of wool in enzyme treatment is studied. The results reveal that IL has an obvious improvement for enzyme treatment on wool dyeability. With the extension of IL pretreatment duration, the dyeing rate constant highly increases and dye uptake accordingly increases, and so is with IL treatment temperature. Wool fibers which are treated with combination of ionic liquid and enzyme still have a faster dyeing rate and higher dye uptake than those treated with enzyme alone even when dyed at 80℃. The K/S value of wool fabric is greatly improved after IL pretreatment while washing fastness and rubbing fastness is slightly changed. The test of yarn breaking strength shows that the strength of wool yarn is decreased after combination treatment.
