喹硫平治疗老年痴呆行为和精神症状临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨国产喹硫平治疗老年痴呆行为和精神症状的疗效及安全性。方法:应用国产喹硫平治疗38例老年痴呆患者的行为和精神症状,疗程8周。采用痴呆病理行为评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)、不良反应量表(TESS),分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果:喹硫平的平均剂量(136±65.1)mg/d,总体有效率达92.1%,不良反应主要有便秘、嗜睡、头晕和锥体外系反应(EPS)等。结论:低剂量国产喹硫平治疗老年痴呆行为和精神症状安全有效,不良反应轻微且发生率低。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of quetiapine made in China in the treatment of behavioral and psycho- logical symptoms of senile dementia.Methods：38 senile patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms of senile dementia were treated by quetiapine made in China for 8 weeks.The efficacy was assessed with behavioral pathology in Alzheimer,s disease rating scale （BEHAVE-AD）,and the side effect was evaluated with treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）.Results：The average dosage of quetiapine was （136±65.1）mg/d, total rate of effeet was 92.1%.The side effects included constipation, drowsiness,dizziness,extrapyramidal symptoms（EPS） and so on. Conclusion：Quetiapine made in China is effective and safe in the treatment of behavioral and psychological symptoms of senile dementia.
