摘　　要：通过对新旧房屋登记办法的对比,对《房屋登记办法》在新增登记制度、增加登记内容及扩大登记范围、取消原登记办法的不合理规定、修改与完善其他房屋登记制度等方面进行了分析,并对《房屋登记办法》在房地产登记制度方面存在的问题进行探讨。Comparison between the new and the former versions of House Register Method is made. Analysis is made on the newly added register rules, contents and the broadened register scope, the deleted unreasonable rules of the former register method and the revised and improved house register methods. Some remaining problems in rules of real estate registration are discussed.
