摘　　要：用９９ｍＴｃ－Ｔｅｂｏｒｏｘｉｍｅ对正常狗及急性心肌梗塞模型狗的显像研究表明，正常狗静脉注射９９ｍＴｃ－Ｔｅｂｏｒｏｘｉｍｅ后心肌即摄取，心／肝值为４．３６；正常心肌清除速度快，在６．１２ｍｉｎ时，正常心肌内放射性活度已降至高峰期的１／２；缺血心肌摄取９９ｍＴｃ－Ｔｅｂｏｒｏｘｉｍｅ少且清除缓慢，其高峰仅为正常心肌高峰的０．６。在６．１２ｍｉｎ时缺血心肌清除仅为其高峰的０．８６倍。肺摄取少，１ｍｉｎ时心肌／肺为２．１２，２ｍｉｎ时比值为２．０，急性心肌梗塞模型狗的放射性分布缺损区显像清晰。? Myocardial perfusion imaging in normal and acute myocardial infarction(AMI) model dogs with 99m Tc-Teboroxime was reported The experiment in normal dogs showed that 99m Tc-Teboroxime has a high extraction fraction and rapid myocardial washout After injection the myocardium uptaked immediately The heart/liver activity ratio is 436 The myocardial activity decreased to half of its peak value at 612min The lung uptake is less The heart/lung activity ratio is 212 at 1 min and 20 at 2 min respectively The ischemic myocardium in AMI models uptaked 99m Tc-Teboroxime less and washout slower The peak value in ischemic area only reached 06 of normal myocardium The myocardium acticity at 612min was 086 times that of the peak value Finally the defects were seen clearly in the two myocardial infarction canine models with a rapid planar imaging
