摘　　要：通过对锅炉水冷壁爆泄管段的宏观检测和对爆泄口母材进行的金相、机械分析,根据锅炉的运行参数,结合锅炉实际运行状况,努力找出造成水冷壁管爆泄的真实原因,从而制定工程上切实可行的措施,减少水冷壁爆泄次数,以此来提高机组的安全经济运行。On the base of the leakage - part of power station boiler water - wall tube macro - measurement and raw material metallurgical and mechanical analysis, according to the running parameters, consideration of the boiler working situation, it figures out water - wall tube leakage real reason for establishing accurate step in project, reducing the leakage accident probability, to improve the economic and secure performance of the whole units.
