疏血通对2型糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛治疗效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏血通注射液对2型糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法:选择60例2型糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均予常规治疗,观察组加用疏血通静脉输注,观察记录临床症状、心电图、血脂、肝肾功能、药物不良反应及彩色多普勒超声心动指标的变化。结果:两组均未出现明显不良反应,观察组疗效优于对照组,两组比较具有显著性差异。结论:疏血通注射液在佐治2型糖尿病合并不稳定型心绞痛中,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Shuxuetong injection on type 2 diabetes with unstable angina. Methods： Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes and unstable angina were randomly divided into study group （n =30） and control group（n =30）. On the basis of conventional treatment, patients in study group were treated with Shuxuetong intravenous infusion. Symptoms, electrocardiogram, blood lipids, liver function, kidney function, side effects of drugs, heart function and other indicators of heart detected by color Doppler echocardiography were observed and recorded. Results： There was no markedly adverse reactions in the two groups. Therapeutic efficiency of the study group was better than that of the control group; compared with them, there was significant difference. Conclusion. Shuxuetong injection has higher clinical value for the adjunctive therapy of type 2 diabetes with unstable angina.
