彩色多普勒超声诊断老年性主动脉瓣钙化的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(彩超)诊断老年性主动脉瓣钙化的价值。方法:回顾性研究106例50岁以上患者的彩超检查结果,观察老年性主动脉瓣钙化表现与年龄、性别的关系。结果:老年性主动脉瓣钙化发病率为21.8%,男女发病率比约为1.8∶1(P>0.05)。结论:主动脉瓣钙化与高龄、男性等因素关系密切,彩超对老年性主动脉瓣钙化的检出及功能评价有重要价值。Objective： To investigate the value of diagnosing of elder aortic valve calcification using color Doppler ultrasound. Methods： Datas of 106 subjects over the age of 50 years old undergoing color Doppler ultra- sound examination for aortic valve calcification were studied respectively; the relations between features of aortic valve calcification and age and gender were analyzed. Results： The incidence rate of aortic valve calcification in elder was 21.8%, the ratio of the incidence of male and female was approximate 1.8：1 （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： There are close relations between aortic valve calcification and older age, gender of male. Color Doppler ultrasound has important value for the detection and function evaluation of elder aortic valve calcification.
