摘 要:采用铜模吹铸法成功制备出不同直径的Co50-xCr15Mo14C15B6Rex(Re=Y,Gd;x=0,2)合金圆棒.利用X射线衍射(XRD)法和差示扫描量热(DSC)法分别对样品进行结构分析和热分析;利用室温压缩实验测试其应力-应变曲线;利用磁强计(VSM)得到样品的磁滞回线.分析表明:添加微量的Y或Gd可以改善Co50Cr15Mo15C15B6合金的非晶形成能力;2 mm的Co48Cr15Mo14C15B6Re2(Re=Y,Gd)非晶圆棒只表现出弹性变形行为,不存在塑性变形阶段;2 mm的Co48Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2和Co48Cr15Mo14C15B6Gd2非晶圆棒的矫顽力几乎相等,而饱和磁感应强度相差比较大.The rods of alloys Co50-xCr15 Mo14 C15 B5Rex (Re= Y or Gd; x= 0,2) with different diameters were prepared with copper mold blow casting. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) were used to analyze the sample structure and sample thermodynamics, respectively. By using the compression test at room temperature, the stress-strain curve of the sample was analyzed. And finally by using the magnetometer (VSM), the magnetic hysteresis loop of the sample was obtained. The analysis showed that addition of a small amount of element Y or Gd could improve the glass-forming ability of the alloy Co50Cr15Mo14C15B6. A round amorphous rods of Co48CrlsMo14ClsB6Re2 (Re=Y or Gd) with diameter of 2.0 mm exhibited the elastic deformation behavior only, without plastic deformation stage. The coercivity of round amorphous rods Co48 Cr15Mo14 C15 B6 Y2 and Co48 Cr15 Mo14 C15 B6 Gd2 with diameter of 2.0 mm was almost the same and their saturation intensity of magnetization, however, were differentiated greater from each other.
